Greetings parents and families,
My name is Mr. Walker, and I have the honor and privilege of being the one who works with your child as they begin their educational journey here at Mountain Vista Elementary School. I am excited to meet all of you and look forward to a wonderful year of learning and fun.Allow me this opportunity to tell you a little bit about me. I am a southern California native. I live in Indio with my wife and son. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. I am currently finishing my Credential coursework at California State University, San Bernardino and working as a credentialed intern. This year marks my second as a full-time kindergarten teacher here at Mountain Vista Elementary School. Previously, I worked for this district as a substitute teacher for grades K-8.
